An insulated, reinforced precast concrete building system — the fortified-infrastructure pillar of the EXCO portfolio. Engineered wall, roof, and deck panels are built flat, lifted into place, and assembled by conventional crews at ground level: faster, safer, and at lower labor cost.
The result is a structure that performs across multiple hazards at once — built with less specialized labor, on a shorter schedule, than conventional methods demand.
Protected by an issued U.S. patent containing dozens of claims, the system is engineered for the buildings that cannot fail.
We publish what the system does — its performance, and the problems it solves — never its assembly detail. The depth of the protected position is itself part of the story.
